Pascal holds a master's degree in international business law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and began his career in international practice. He is a founder and the managing director of the international Cathay Partners platform and works with the firm as a cooperating senior lawyer, advising international clients on investment, real estate development and trade.
